Where do you ship?

Across Canada, including Quebec and all provinces and territories. Standard shipping is free with no minimum order.

How long does delivery take?

Allow 1–2 business days for processing plus 4–6 business days for standard transit after dispatch. We will communicate material delays.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Contact us within 30 days of receipt. We pay return shipping for both change-of-mind and quality-related returns. Ask for return instructions before posting a parcel.

How do refunds work?

After the return is reviewed, approved refunds go to the original payment method. We notify you when submitted; payment-provider posting is a separate stage. Applicable legal deadlines and remedies remain available.

What payment methods can I use?

The methods currently available for your order appear in checkout. Review the currency and total before payment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email support@solostovefire.shop promptly with the order number. We will advise the options based on dispatch status, without limiting statutory cancellation rights.

Can fire products be used during a fire ban?

Always check local fire restrictions and the specific product manual. A product listing does not authorize use where local rules prohibit it.
