Refund

30-day returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order. This applies to change-of-mind returns and items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Contact support@solostovefire.shop with your order number and the items concerned. For damage or an incorrect item, photographs can help us arrange the appropriate solution.

Return shipping

We pay return shipping for both change-of-mind and quality-related returns. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide a prepaid label or other prepaid return instructions and the correct destination. Do not send a parcel to our business address unless we instruct you to do so. No restocking fee applies.

Refunds and exchanges

We will acknowledge your request and explain the return or exchange steps. After receiving the returned goods, we will review them and notify you of the refund or replacement arrangement. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Our refund processing and your payment provider's posting time are separate stages; we will notify you when a refund has been submitted. Contact us if it has not appeared so we can help trace it. Statutory refund deadlines apply where required by law.

Exchanges depend on replacement availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will discuss a refund or an alternative with you. Please package goods safely and include supplied parts where possible. A missing original box does not remove mandatory rights.

Cancellation and delivery problems

Contact us promptly to request cancellation or correct an address. If dispatch has already occurred, we will explain the return process. This does not restrict statutory cancellation rights for late delivery, missing information or other situations covered by law.

These store policies are in addition to your rights under applicable Canadian federal, provincial and territorial laws. They do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights, legal warranties, or statutory cancellation, refund and other remedies, including those applicable in Quebec.
