Where we deliver

We deliver across Canada, including Quebec and all 13 provinces and territories. Standard delivery is free, with no minimum order value.

Processing and transit

Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Standard transit takes 4–6 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing and transit are separate periods. We will communicate material delays and available options; these estimates do not remove your rights concerning delivery.

Order information

Review the delivery address before confirming an order. When tracking is available, dispatch information will be provided by email. If an order is late, lost, damaged or marked delivered but missing, contact support@solostovefire.shop with the order number so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy.

Charges and taxes

Shipping is free. Applicable taxes and the full order total are shown before you confirm payment. You can review and correct your order before completing checkout.
