The store and your order

This website is operated by solostovefire. Product brands identify the goods offered and do not by themselves establish that this store is the manufacturer or an authorized representative. Product descriptions, selected options, availability, price, applicable taxes and the total payable are presented for review before an order is confirmed.

You must provide accurate contact and delivery information and be able to enter a valid agreement. Before submitting an order, you can review and correct the details. We provide an order confirmation with the purchase information by email; retain this as your copy. Contact us if you do not receive it.

Product use

Follow the instructions, warnings and applicable local restrictions for each product. Outdoor cooking and fire products must be used only as directed. Product-specific safety information does not replace the manufacturer's manual or local fire restrictions.

Availability and errors

If a material product, availability or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not make a material substitution or add an unapproved charge. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will arrange the appropriate cancellation and refund.

Delivery, returns and payment

Our Shipping, Refund and Payment policies form part of the purchase information. We offer free standard shipping throughout Canada, processing in 1–2 business days, transit in 4–6 business days, and return or exchange requests within 30 days of receipt with return shipping paid by us.

Legal rights and disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. No provision requires you to waive a legal warranty, mandatory remedy, applicable court access or other consumer protection. The laws and jurisdiction protections that mandatorily apply where you live remain available. A manufacturer's separate warranty, if applicable, does not replace your statutory rights or our obligations as seller.

These store policies are in addition to your rights under applicable Canadian federal, provincial and territorial laws. They do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights, legal warranties, or statutory cancellation, refund and other remedies, including those applicable in Quebec.
